Pimento Sausage Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tyson® Pork Italian Sausage Crumbles, large
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz pimento cheese
  • 1 c chunky salsa, drained
  • 1 c shredded cheddar
  • ¼ c grated Parmesan
  • ¼ c thinly sliced green onions
  • Tortilla chips or toasted pita, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Break up the sausage. Combine it with the cream cheese, pimento cheese, salsa and ½ c of the cheddar.
  3. Place the mix in a skillet or bakeable container for service.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until melted and slightly browned.
  5. Top with the remaining ½ c cheddar, the Parmesan and green onions.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita.
