The unique qualities and flavors of mochi have sparked our creativity; we’re eagerly looking forward to incorporating it into upcoming dishes. I’ve also become very interested in matcha, the vibrant and finely ground Japanese green tea powder. Its distinctive earthy flavor and captivating green hue present endless opportunities for incorporation into both sweet and savory dishes.
