Ingredients
- 1 lb unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp Maldon salt
- 4 Tbsp wild clover honey
- ¼ c chopped clover honeycomb
- ¼ c crushed toasted pistachios
- ¼ c pomegranate seeds
- 1 Tbsp picked fresh thyme
- Sliced toasted French bread, for serving
Directions
- Spread the butter on a wooden serving board to make a ½-in layer.
- Scatter it with the salt, honey, honeycomb, pistachios, pomegranate seeds and thyme.
- Serve with the toasted French bread for dipping.
