Honey Butter Board

Ingredients

  • 1 lb unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Maldon salt
  • 4 Tbsp wild clover honey
  • ¼ c chopped clover honeycomb
  • ¼ c crushed toasted pistachios
  • ¼ c pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Tbsp picked fresh thyme
  • Sliced toasted French bread, for serving

Directions

  1. Spread the butter on a wooden serving board to make a ½-in layer.
  2. Scatter it with the salt, honey, honeycomb, pistachios, pomegranate seeds and thyme.
  3. Serve with the toasted French bread for dipping.
