Its Buldak Corn Dog takes a Korean corn dog—available with fillings that include beef hot dog, mozzarella or a combination of the two—and finishes it with spicy Korean buldak sauce and seaweed bites. Guests can further customize the handheld with panko, potato or sweet-potato coatings.

The application highlights buldak’s potential as a finishing sauce, where its concentrated sweet-savory heat can add instant identity to familiar, snackable foods.
