Prepared fresh every day, “Each dumpling is filled with seasoned beef, cooked until tender and lightly bathed in a savory beef stock that adds depth and warmth to the dish. They are topped with spoonfuls of labneh, bringing a creamy tang that balances the richness of the beef. A drizzle of harissa introduces gentle heat and smokiness, cutting through the creaminess and giving the dish a vibrant, spicy edge.” The manti are garnished with both fresh and crispy mint. “The combination of textures—soft dumplings, silky labneh, fragrant broth and crispy herbs—makes every bite interesting,” Hunt says.
