Layer Upon Layer of Smoky Decadence
Pincho | Based in Miami

Bold, smoky and unapologetically indulgent, the Smokestack Smash at burger-and-kabob concept Pincho is built with meticulous attention to detail. Anchored by two Black Angus smashed patties, the burger leans into the signature sear that defines the style, delivering concentrated flavor and craveable crispiness.
From there, it’s all about layering memorable flavor and texture. Smoked Gouda melts into the patties, while pecan wood-smoked bacon deepens the profile with an aromatic smokiness. Jalapeño-bacon jam introduces a sweet-heat counterpoint, and a swipe of chipotle aïoli ties everything together. The result is a tightly composed build where each element reinforces the central theme.
“The Smokestack Smash lives up to its name, built layer by layer with a deliberate focus on deep, smoky flavor in every bite,” says Adrian Sanchez, director of culinary. Attention to detail pays off. The Smokestack Smash became one of the brand’s highest-grossing LTOs. “The biggest breakthrough is using the pecan wood–smoked bacon,” he says. “It adds a more refined, layered smokiness.” That refinement, paired with the interplay of sweet, spicy and savory, turns a familiar format into a menu standout.
