Almond Toffee Martini

 

 

Shake up a chilled almond and toffee martini for Happy Hour, and don’’t forget to rim the glass with almond milk and cocoa powder for an extra touch of flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ice
  • 1 oz almond milk
  • 1 oz brown crème de cacao
  • 1 oz butterscotch liqueur
  • 1 oz vodka

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fill a shaker halfway full of ice.
  2. Pour in almond milk, crème de cacao, butterscotch liqueur and vodka.
  3. Cover and shake well.
  4. Strain into a martini glass and serve.

RECIPE NOTES

For a delicious garnish, rim the glass in cocoa powder or sugar crystals/ crystallized sugar.

First, pour a teaspoon or 2 of almond milk into a saucer. Then, place a teaspoon or 2 of cocoa powder in a saucer. Dip the rim first in almond milk, then one or two times in cocoa powder. Reserve glass until ready to fill.
