The Counter Burger at The Counter, a fast-casual premium burger concept, turns heads in the dining room, thanks to its showstopping height. “This burger has become our guest favorite because of its attractive build,” says Scott Weaver, Director of R&D at parent company Kahala Brands. “It wows the guests as it is walked through the dining room. That, combined with the great flavors that the guests experience when they bite into the burger, make it a favorite.”

The Counter Burger features an all-natural Angus beef patty (free of antibiotics and hormones) that is seasoned with a proprietary blend, then grilled. It’s topped with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion strings, a smear of roasted garlic aïoli, and served on a brioche bun.

“What I love about these flavors is the umami delivery of the provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms and roasted garlic aïoli,” says Weaver. “They build the irresistible flavor punch. I also love the contrast of textures between the crispy onion strings and the aïoli. All of this advances the delicious burger patty with additional savory flavor notes.”
